I am so happy you're here! My life's work is to teach women how to ditch dieting, break the binge-restrict cycle, and learn to love their bodies exactly as they are while growing into the women they're meant to become.

I spent years dieting, trying to force my body to be smaller at any cost. I was consumed by negative thoughts about myself and constantly struggled to hide my volatile binging and food restriction from my friends. I finally realized that dieting is literally the worst and I was spinning my wheels. I dedicated myself to learning how to find the healthiest weight for my body, love myself exactly as I am and to develop my confidence.

That journey led me to become a Holistic Life Coach and personal trainer with a focus in intuitive eating. There are so many ways to eat and move to become your healthiest self but the way you think about yourself is the most important element to your success. My job here is to help you discover what path works best for you and teach you how to cultivate positive thoughts to take your happiness & confidence to the next level!
