What to do when you fall off the wagon

If you have ever tried to change your eating habits, your weight, your exercise habits I guarantee the sentence "Ugh I fell off the wagon again. I SUCK" has come out of your mouth.


So what do you do when that happens? How do you get back on the wagon?


Trick question.

You get rid of the wagon.


That's the key to eating normally and TRULY overcoming the diet voice. Recognizing that there is no wagon. There are no rules or guidelines for how you should be eating. No one else can tell you what to do.


The key to eating normally is to simply recognize when you aren't feeling your best and attempt to eat in a way that makes you feel better. More like you. More energetic, stronger, healthier.


That is not the same as "getting back on the wagon."


Ask yourself what "wagon" you think you need to be on..

Why do you think you're supposed to be on that "wagon"?


The only way to stop judging yourself and hating yourself for falling OFF is if there is no wagon to begin with.
